SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 2

TO

SENATE BILL NO. 84

AMEND Senate Bill No. 84 on line 5 by deleting " 18 " after " 15 " and before "members" therein and inserting in lieu thereof " 19 ".

FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 84 on line 13 by deleting " Twelve " before " members " therein and inserting in lieu thereof " Thirteen ".

FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 84 after line 17 by inserting the following:

“ c. One member who is a current or retired botanist or similar professional with expertise in Delaware plant species. ”.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendments add a botanist or professional with expertise in Delaware plants to the Delaware Native Species Commission.
