PUBLIC COMMENT SOUGHT TO INFORM
STATEWIDE SPECIAL EDUCATION STRATEGIC PLAN
The Delaware General Assembly and Department of Education seek the public’s comment on a draft statewide special education strategic plan. This strategic plan was catalyzed as a result of the FY15 Budget Bill, Section 307 Epilogue. A stakeholder group that includes parents of students with disabilities, parent advocates, school administrators, and community organizations wrote this draft plan.
Public comment for this document will commence on May 5, 2017 and conclude on June 5, 2017. Please send all comments to matthew.korobkin@doe.k12.de.us. Public comments can also be mailed to:
