| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLES 14 AND 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE CONDUCT OF DELAWARE PUBLIC SCHOOL STUDENTS |
| Synopsis: | This legislation provides for the development of a statewide, fact-based cyberbullying policy to be adopted by local school districts and charter schools. It also provides a means for the Department of Justice to assist in the defense of a district or school whose use of that statewide cyberbullying policy is subject to legal challenge.
