| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO UNIVERSAL HEARING SCREENING, TRACKING, AND INTERVENTION. |
| Synopsis: | This Bill updates the Universal Newborn and Infant Hearing Screening Act to require tracking and intervention protocol. In addition, families are to be provided with information on early intervention and treatment. The Bill also creates the Early Hearing Detection and Intervention Advisory Board.
