| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO RULES OF THE ROAD. |
| Synopsis: | This bill would increase fines for Driving Under the Influence offenses, which have not been increased in a number of years. This bill would also create additional fines and penalties for a conviction of a fifth, sixth or seventh DUI offense.
