Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO CIVIL ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES.
Synopsis:The purpose of this legislation is to create a uniform process for licensing boards to use hearing panels to conduct hearings regarding disciplinary complaints and complaints of unlicensed practice. The recommendations of the hearing panel are not final until approved by a majority vote of members present at a properly convened board meeting.
