Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 27 OF TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO DRIVER LICENSE REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTERED SEX OFFENDERS.
Synopsis:This bill gives the Division of Motor Vehicles the ability to suspend the driver license of a registered sex offender if the registered sex offender does not report to the Division for an updated driver license as required by Title 21, § 2718(e) within 30 days.
